
As documented, Mike Calinoff has the distinction of winning more races than any other Spotter in NASCAR. Over the past 16 years he has visited Victory Lane 114 times in the NASCAR Nextel Cup, Busch, Craftsman Truck, Whelen Modified, ARCA and Winston West Series. Included are 51 wins in two years on the modified short tracks of New York and New England.
From 2000 through 2005, Mike served as the Spotter for 2003 NASCAR Nextel Cup Champion Matt Kenseth. Today, he is the Spotter and Business Manager for
NASCAR Nextel Cup Series driver, David Stremme.
Mike has worked and won with drivers such as Stremme, Kenseth, Ricky Craven, Chase Montgomery, Jimmy Spencer, Bobby Gerhart and Eric Norris; as well as Modified standouts Reggie Ruggiero and Rick Fuller.
Calinoff is regularly credited with understanding and facilitating all of the important elements associated with NASCAR Driver Development.

Tom Baker has over 15 years in racing as a Broadcaster, Announcer, Crew Member, Journalist , Marketing/PR Specialist, Spotter and Track Manager. He is one of the foremost mentors for young drivers in the areas of Development and Leadership. He has a keen sense of what it takes to move a career forward and has been successful in doing so. Tom is the Founder of Team Full Throttle, which serves as the Development Community for driver development services.

While his travel schedule is hectic and demanding, he maintains a great sense of balance in his quest to further the careers of future stars.
