Full Throttle's core values are leadership and teamwork. TFT
is about learning to lead on and off the track. It is essentially
a group of some of the hottest young racing talents in the
country brought together in a peer group that allows them
to get to know and support each other in their efforts, learn
together to establish the communications skills, work ethic,
time management, and leadership qualities necessary to be
attractive to potential race teams and marketing partners.
