CRITERIA
Here is
what we are looking for in a driver:
- Young
drivers racing regularly between the ages of 12-25.
- Results
in lower racing series. Wins and/or championships in Karts,
Legends, Bandoleros, Quarter Midgets, Sprints or full-size
cars, such as Late Models, on local tracks.
- Strong
level of natural talent.
- Self-motivated,
persistent & dedicated.
- Charisma.
- Good
looking and well-groomed.
- Coachable,
open minded, hungry to learn and passionate are some of
the most prominent traits we look for.

The Team Full Throttle Driver Development Program is a personalized
full-service plan designed help cultivate a young drivers'
career. There are different levels of participation, including
but not limited to career consultation, marketing, public
relations, driver coaching and evaluation, sponsorship support
and guidance.
Additionally, we work diligently to reinforce values such
as leadership, teamwork, commitment, work ethic, focus both
on and off the track, and increase driver confidence and communications
skills though leadership training.
The Driver Development Program is open to racers at all levels
who have prior racing experience. However, we do have
a specific criteria for eligibility.
If you are interested in being considered for the program,
please furnish us with the following:
- Current
racing resume.
- Three
photos: headshot at-track, photo off-track and race car.
- Two
letters of recommendation (preferably from Track Promoter,
Series Director or another competitor who has seen you drive
on a regular basis.)
- Outline
of where you see your career in one-year, five years and
ten years.

Those who are not quite eligible for the Team Full Throttle
Driver Development Program may be considered for a consultation
/ promotional program, with the opportunity for advancement
to the TFTDDP.
This is a fee-based program, which is uniquely structured to suit your development. We offer flexible plans and will be happy to discuss all of the program elements with you.
