Toby Parese, 17 (NC) Toby and his family relocated from Pennsylvania to Mooresville, NC last season so he could make the jump from Karts to the NASCAR Whelen Late Model Series. Racing at Concord Motorsports Park last season, Toby finished 7th in points and made steady progress throughout the year.
